Accountant Tips with: QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Tip today for Accountants who are using our New Designed QuickBooks Online.

Tip : ‘Adding Real Value’ With our out of this world ‘Reporting’ function. We all know that QuickBooks traditionally loves reporting, why?, well we know that our Accountants and Bookkeepers need the full picture and want to add value to their clients business. ‘Adding Value’ is thrown around often nowadays but we like our professionals to feel this value. Simply Click on the Reports Tab on the left and select a report you want to look at, you can customise the report and show the specific information you need.

Need to show these reports every Monday morning for example to the business owner and other directors?, no problem, save the customisation and add it to a group. I know many accountants who have the main reports such as the Statement of Cashflow, the P&L and other key high level reports in a group for the directors. They also then create another group for employees in the business who are in charge of Credit control and chasing the outstanding invoices, so reports such as Customer balance detail’, Collections Report, A/R Ageing Detail for example give a great insight into the relevant info needed.
