Are you an accountant or a small business owner? Some of you will consider yourself to be both and the rest will want to know how to work together better.
In any case, we’re working on something that will be of interest.
On Wednesday, we’re hosting an event called The Changing Role of Accountancy when we’ll be gathering around 250 of you to talk about some exciting new research we have done into the future of accountants – all around the cloud. At the full day conference we’ll be examining and discussing how the role of the accountant is changing in business – from number cruncher to strategic advisor.
We’ll be joined by guest speakers from the world of accountancy, business and some cloud experts including Mark Tomlinson, CTO for Cloud Computing at IBM, Francesca Geens, Director of Digital Dragonfly and Robert Welch, Managing Director, small car BIG CITY, who will both be giving tips and advice into the future and focus of the UK’s small businesses.
During the day we will also be releasing the findings of our research on our blog after the event is over and we’ll be tweeting throughout the day, so keep your eyes on Twitter and the blog here.
This free-to-attend event is an exclusive opportunity for you to see fresh insights that are shaping your profession right now.
As an accountant, you can’t afford to miss this event, so register now to confirm your place and we’ll see you on 27th of November!
