How to Connect to Gmail in QuickBooks

Got your business contacts in Gmail? Connect your Gmail account to QuickBooks to make it easy to add customers and suppliers to your books.

    Open A Transaction

    Go to the Create (+) Menu and choose a transaction.

    Add New

    Click Add New in the field at the top left of your transaction.

    Connect to Gmail

    On the menu that opens, click Connect your Gmail account.


    When QuickBooks asks you to let it access your Gmail account, click Accept.

    Now you can choose a Gmail contact as the customer or supplier on any of your transactions.
