I've seen your previous post and I'll take this post as an answer of the previous one, cassidy-qc.
Let's perform some steps to check if this is a browser related issue.
Cache and cookies makes the browser easy and faster to use. However, it can also cause issues when piled up.
You can use a private window and perform the task there. If it works well, go back to the main browser and clear the cache. This is to delete the internet files that might be causing the issue.
You can also switch to a different browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
