I have folks that we marked as leave of absence that are now coming back and we are having problem taking them out of the leave of absence. I have done the open and mark return dates and save and that is not working. I have tired just taking out all the information and it still does not change. So I have just unmarked the status button and continued.
How do I get the leave of absence to change because nothing I am finding here s working.
Hi Kate. I appreciate you reaching out to the Community. You'd need to go the Employee center and remove the ROE Code and Release Date on the Employment Info tab. After doing this, you'll need to change the Hire date to the date the employee returned.
