At this time, we haven't received any reported case about missing Action column in the Employees page. You can try logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or Incognito window to isolate any browser-related issues.
Then, try accessing the Employees page to see if the Action column appears.
If it works, clear the browser cache to remove the temporary files and to get a clean slate for your browser. You can also use a different supported browser since every one of them uses a different cache storage folder on your computer.
If the same thing happens, it would be best to contact our Payroll Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.
