There are two ways to have a better idea of what's happening with your billing: reviewing your subscription statements and getting in touch with support, where an agent can take a closer look at what's going on. Follow these steps to review your invoices yourself.
Select the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
Click Billing & Subscription.
Select View payment history.
When you open up your invoices, check for things like discount promotions ending and payroll usage increasing. These are the usual culprits when you see a fluctuation in your subscription payments.
