Follow the steps below if the software is refusing to be activated with a current license:
1. Update ProFile. Go to the Online menu and select Check for updates
2. Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Click Advance > Security section
3. Select Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0. Please ensure TLS 1.2 box is checked.
4. Select Tools > Compatibility View Setting > Display all websites in Compatibility View
