Barcode not printing when sending to the printer


The barcode does not print.


There may be several possible causes:

  • outstanding warning and/or error(s) is present in the Active Auditor (T1 and T2 modules) - address the outstanding warning/error(s) and retry printing
  • RSI errors/warnings (T2 module only) - address the outstanding error/warning and retry printing
  • the return has an exclusion that prevents it from filing (T1 module only) - review the list T1 EFILE exclusions
