I know how important it is to be able to upload expense receipts in the mobile app for QuickBooks Online. The Receipts feature helps save you time by automatically scanning the information on the receipt and generating an expense for you. I want to make sure this feature is working as intended so you can get your work done.
If you're noticing that your expense receipts aren't uploading successfully, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doing so will ensure you've got the latest version of the QBO app, and it should help resolve any bugs that may have built up in the app's cache.
If you're still experiencing this issue, try clearing the app data. There are two places to clear app data and remove cached data based on the type of phone you have.
From More Options ⋮, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.
