Customer currency changed with July 27th update

For some reason, all my customers are now in local CAD currency as of yesterday.  There was an update yesterday as far as I can tell also.  I am setup in multi-currency enabled.  Anybody else have this problem? Do I have to restore my last good backup (which had customers in their proper currencies)?

Customer currency changed with July 27th update

Hello PaulPichette,

Running your business with Multicurrency means that you'll be able to expand your operations to people using a foreign currency. This is an awesome way to make sure you're making the most of your company's potential! It's important to make sure the customer's who were previously set up with a foreign currency don't get switched to Canadian currency. I'd be happy to shed some light on what to do next if you're noticing an issue following the update.

While the update itself wouldn't have caused the currencies to revert to CAD, it's a good idea to restore a backup of your company file in order to get this resolved. Without the ability to look at your specific account, it's unclear what may have caused this issue. However, a restoration of your backup file will get this sorted out for you.

Here's how to restore a backup copy of your company file: Restore a backup of your company file.

If you're still experiencing issues with your customer's currency following the backup restore, please reach out to our tech support team so we can investigate this further. We've got your back!

Take care.

Correct, the last known backup prior to the update does not have the issue with the customer currencies.  Can you confirm if there would be any adjustment to the customer data during this july 27th update?  Having to redo 2 weeks of accounting is not something i want to do unless I am really forced to do so. Thanks!

That's correct. The update wouldn't have caused this adjustment to your customer data. In order to explore all the options and possibilities with your specific account, and to rule out other avenues before restoring your backup, please touch base with our tech support team so an agent can review this in the back end.

I tried to go to the tech support page, but it asks me for a subscription #, which I dont have. We purchased QB Pro 2014 way back when, so I dont know what # to put in.  I guess I need to restore my backup & disable auto-updates, because that is REALLY the only thing that has changed on this PC & our last backup clearly shows differring currencies per customer, now they are ALL CAD.
