QuickBooks Online helps make your life easier, by allowing you to email invoices and estimates to your customers directly through the program. I can see how it would be helpful to have the option to send other types of emails from QuickBooks Online.
At this time, the option to send emails without transactions included in them isn't an option that's been implemented in the program. If you'd like to send your customers update emails or friendly greetings, this will have to be done through your email provider (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, etc.). You can create a customer email list by referring to your customer details in QuickBooks Online.
To retrieve your customer information from QuickBooks, follow these steps:
1. Click the Reports tab on the left menu.
2. Search for Customer Contact List Report.
This will generate a report of all your customers and their emails.

Attitudes by Angie is a seasonal retailer with virtually all sales in March, April and May. we would like to send an email to all customers that have provided emails in the past. Attitudes by Angie does not use Quick Books. Can you help? Is there an automated way to do this? Is there a manual process where I can retrieve emails addresses from previous years?
