Multiple print doesn't work properly

Our Epson printer works very well with all softwares. Also with Quickbooks except when we select several invoices to print. It prints the first few invoices like Chinese signs (not real Chinese signs)


Multiple print doesn't work properly

Let's try printing the invoices using a private or Incognito window, Sheila Francoise.


This step will help us isolate if it's the browser that's causing this behavior. If the invoices print correctly on that window, then you can clear the browser's cache. You can also use another browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox in printing the transactions.


If the same thing happens, we can proceed with updating and repairing your Adobe Reader. This process is known to resolve the common printing issues in QBO. You can visit the Adobe website for the detailed instructions to update the reader. Then, follow these steps to repair it:

  1. Close all open web browser windows.
  2. Click Start on the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, and then press Enter.
  4. Click Programs and Features.
  5. Select Adobe or Adobe Reader, and then click Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, click Next.
  7. Select RepairNext, and then Install.
  8. Click Finish when the repair is complete.
  9. Restart your PC, log back in to QBO, and then try to print the reconciliation pages again.

Hi thank you for the reply.

We did try in Incognito. It did print fine. So I emptied the cache, checked the Acrobat update and repaired it.

The 3 first print out of 6 have letters moved around the sheet. It's very strange.

The print is mostly good (no Chinese like characters anymore) but there's wrong letters here and there.

For example instead of "main centre" it shows "J ain Centre".

Any more idea?

Since some of the letters showing on the transactions incorrect, I recommend contacting our QBO Support Team for further investigation. They can perform a screen-sharing session with you, trace where the issue is coming from and provide a fix.
