Letās first check if this has something to do with the browser. Try sending an invoice again through a private browser. Hereās how:
⢠For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
⢠For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
⢠For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it works fine, itād be best to clear your browserās cache or switch to other browser. Overloaded files saved in your browser can sometimes cause unusual behaviors in the program.Though, if the issue continues, Iād recommend reaching out to our support team. Hereās how:
- Click Help at the top.
- Select Contact us.
- Provide a brief description about your concern.
