The Intuit Community Champions Program

Welcome to the Intuit Community Champions program!

We designed this program to allow us to highlight and feature the awesome members who answer questions, create blogs or videos, and otherwise share their knowledge to help others with Intuit products. It unites the top contributors from our QuickBooks, ProConnect, TurboTax, Mint, and Turbo communities into one program that extends across our ecosystem.

New! This year we are extending our Champions program in QuickBooks to include members in Social media spaces such as Twitter and Facebook.

We’d love to share how the program works, and welcome questions you may have. We hope you are as excited as we are!

How can I be considered for the Champions program?

There are many different ways to contribute, but you can increase your chances with the following:

How much does it cost to be part of the Community Champions program?

There is no cost to become a member of the program.

What kind of time commitment is required to be a Champion?

Regular contributions to the Community or in our Social spaces are expected in order to be a part of the program, but we know that this is something you do in your free time, so if you’d like to take some time away, that’s ok too. We will review your contributions quarterly and each Champion’s participation in the program will be renewed annually.

Interested in becoming a Champion? Learn more about the application process here, and then let us know by filling in this short application form.  We will review and accept new candidates each quarter.

What makes an ideal Community Champion?

  • Respect: Champions always act with respect, knowing that there is a member behind each question and username.
  • Openness: Champions create content to share what they know and also learn from others.
  • Involvement: Champions see the benefit of networking and sharing experiences in the community.
  • Advocacy: Champions are advocates of our products and embrace the mission and values of Intuit.

What happened to the previous All-Star/Superuser programs?

The previous Superuser and All-Star programs across Intuit were retired with the launch of the Community Champions program. But don’t fret, our initial group of Community Champions includes many prior  Superusers and All-Stars.

Can I nominate someone to be an Intuit Community Champion?

Absolutely! If you know of someone who you feel would be a great fit for the program, you can let us know by Simply filling out the nomination form on their behalf. We will review the nomination and reach out to them.
