Your account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. There is no limit on the number of subscriptions ordered under this offer. - Trial: First thirty (30) days of subscription to QuickBooks Online, starting from the date of enrolment, is free. During the free trial. To continue using QuickBooks after your 30-day trial, you'll be asked to present a valid credit card for authorisation and you'll be charged monthly at the then-current fee for the service(s) you've selected.
- Devices: QuickBooks Online requires a computer with Internet Explorer 10, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari 6 and an Internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended). The QuickBooks Online mobile app works with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. QuickBooks Online is accessible on mobile browsers on iOS, Android, and Blackberry mobile devices. Devices sold separately; data plan required. Not all features are available on the mobile apps and mobile browser. QuickBooks Online mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Product registration required.
- Cloud storage: Data access is subject to Internet or cellular provider network availability and occasional downtime due to events beyond our control.
- Annual Billing: You may pay for your QuickBooks Online subscription on an annual, upfront basis to enjoy a discount on the current fees. If you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription within the pre-paid 12 month period, you will not be eligible for a refund, but will retain full access to your QuickBooks Online subscription for the remainder of the 12-month period. Unless cancelled by you prior, your annual subscription will auto-renew on the 12 month anniversary of your sign-up date using the billing details you have given us. Offer terms and conditions: QuickBooks Online Plus subscriptions is available for USD$5 per bundle of 5 of the same Sku QUICKBOOKS ONLINE ACCOUNTANT CUSTOMERS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION valid 1-30 September 2023.
Eligibility: This offer is eligible to accounting firms who register or have registered for Intuit QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA Customers”). There is no limit to the number of bundles eligible QBOA Customers will be entitled to purchase, at the discounted price of USD$5 per bundle per month for their clients ("Client(s)") using the "bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing option. "Bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing means that the accountant agrees to pay for the client’s subscription fees. This offer is not available for “Bill my client”.
If at any time one or more QuickBooks Online(“QBO”) subscriptions is canceled or terminated under this offer for any reason, the wholesale pricing discount for each subscription canceled is no longer valid and cannot be reinstated.
Pricing: Eligible QBOA Customers will be charged USD$1 for each QBO Plus file per month for 6 months, valid 1-30 September 2023. List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. If you add or remove services, including upgrade or downgrade, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Term of Offer: Discounted pricing is good for 6 months from the start of the first bill date. After the 6 months, the pricing will change to the then current wholesale billing price for QBO Plus respectively. The USD$5 offer pricing is valid only for the named individual or company that registered for QuickBooks Online subscription and cannot be transferred to another client, individual or company.
Billing: The QBOA Customer's account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis on the billing date indicated by the QBOA Customer for all active QBO Plus subscriptions at the regular accountant "bill my firm" (wholesale) price until the subscription is terminated. Payment is due, in full, immediately upon monthly invoicing. Terms, conditions, pricing, special features, and service and support options subject to change without notice.
Cancellation: You may remove subscriptions from your Wholesale Billing at any time. Transfer of the billing for the subscription will become effective immediately and then the QBO company will be responsible for the then-current list price of the subscription fees. You will not receive a pro-rated refund on the next bill date. Transfer of the billing for the subscription will not terminate the QBOA customer’s user rights.
QuickBooks Online requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and a computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements). Network fees may apply.
Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Note that we may modify the amount of storage space you have through the Services and the number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Services in a given period of time.
