How to Connect to Gmail in QuickBooks

Open A Transaction
Go to the Create (+) Menu and choose a transaction (e.g. Invoice).
Click Add New in the field at the top left of your transaction.
Connect to Gmail
On the menu that opens, click on Connect your Gmail account.
When QuickBooks asks you to let it access your Gmail account, click Accept.
Now you can choose a Gmail contact as the customer or supplier on any of your transactions.
