I got the steps for send EPS to HMRC. Please check these out:

1. Select Taxes, then select Payroll Tax.
   In the Payroll Tax Centre, you'll notice that if you have an EPS filing that needs to be sent, it is listed under Due Now with a status of Overdue and the date that it was supposed to be sent.
2. Select the EPS and view the details.
3. Select Submit. If this is your first time, you'll need to enter your HMRC credentials first, and then hit Submit.
