Hi Golf Pro,
If your installer came from a CD, please update QuickBooks to get the latest release, then try printing a check after.
- Select the QuickBooks 2019 Server next to the Apple logo.
- Go to Check for QuickBooks Server updates.
- Click Install Update.
- Select Install and Relaunch.
If the same thing will happen after the update or if the installer didn't come from a CD, please contact our phone agents to check this further. They have a tool to do a screen-sharing session to find the root cause of this behavior.

- Choose QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
- Select any main topics and sub topics.
- Scroll down, and click the Get Phone Number button.
