2. Expanding client base: Another good way to evaluate the performance and success of your business is if your clientele is steadily increasing. If you started your business with one client and that has increased over time, then you are on the right path to success.

3. Increase in Customers and Feedback: A successful entrepreneur is one who values his customers. Customer satisfaction and feedback is the best indicator to evaluate your business. Having a good customer grievance policy will benefit your business in the long run and will imply that your company cares about the needs of your customers. This is perhaps the most simple success mantras to help any business to grow.

4. Marketing Success: Every company, small or big, has to invest in advertising and marketing to reach and expand their target audience. If your marketing campaigns and ads are reaching your target audience and if they in turn are approaching your business, it shows that your business’s strategy is working in getting you new and prospective customers.

5. Employee satisfaction: Employee satisfaction is another important indicator for a successful business. If your employees are happy and feel rewarded for the work they do, then you can cut the risk of employee attrition. This will help you retain hardworking and quality employee who will work to see your business succeed. Always make sure your employees are happy with their work and workplace. A steady and committed will definitely benefit your business in the days to come.

6. Owner satisfaction: Satisfaction of the business owner is the most important aspect to measure and evaluate success of any business. If you are satisfied with your business’s success then it means that you are running a business that is bound to succeed even in future. However, if you are not happy with the performance of your business, then it will not take too long to spread to the employees. This can break the morale of the workplace, which can hamper the performance of the company as a whole. So, it is important that the leader stays motivated and satisfied, if you are not then it’s time to mend your policies and make some changes in the work place.

Establish a healthy and positive rapport with everybody you work with, keep a close eye on all aspects of your business, give employees recognition and credit for their work and there will be no obstacle to your business’s success.
