Update your profile picture on QuickBooks

Learn how to add, change, or remove your profile picture on the QuickBooks Time web or Workforce app. 

You can update your profile picture in QuickBooks Time web or Workforce app anytime.

Add or change your profile picture

  1. Save a picture on your computer as a .jpg, .png, or .gif file.
  2. In QuickBooks Time, select your profile dropdown, then select Profile.
  3. In the Details tab, select Change, then Upload photo.
  4. Find the picture you saved, and select Open.
  5. Select Save.
  1. In your QuickBooks Workforce app, tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap the camera icon, then take a picture or choose a photo from your gallery.

Remove your profile picture

  1. In QuickBooks Time, select your profile dropdown, then select Profile.
  2. In the Details tab, select Change, then select Remove photo.
  3. Select Save.
  1. In the QuickBooks Workforce app, go to your profile picture.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Remove photo.
