Update your profile picture on QuickBooks Time Web

Learn how to add, change, or remove your profile picture on the QuickBooks Time web dashboard.

Note: Internet Explorer 9 and earlier don't support this feature. If you are using IE, download a more recent version before trying to add your profile picture or image.

Where the profile picture displays

When you add your profile picture or image, it displays in QuickBooks Time:

• On your profile dropdown
• In Schedule
• In Who's Working

Add or change your profile picture

1. Save a picture on your computer as a .jpg, .png, or .gif file.
2. In QuickBooks Time, select your profile dropdown, then select Profile.
3. In the Details tab, select Change, then Upload photo.
4. Find the picture you saved, and select Open.
5. Select Save.

Remove your picture

1. In QuickBooks Time, select your profile dropdown, then select Profile.
2. In the Details tab, select Change, then select Remove photo.
3. Select Save.
