Create, send, and manage customer statements in QuickBooks Online
by Intuit•26• Updated 1 week ago
When customers owe us money or have bills that are almost due, we can send them a customer statement. It's a nice way to remind them about due dates.
This page will teach you how to create, send, view, and customise three types of customer statements in QuickBooks Online:
- Balance Forwards: shows a list of invoices and payments that still need to be paid for. You can choose the date range you want to see.
- Open Items: shows all the bills you haven't paid yet from the past year.
- Transaction Statements: shows all transactions that happened between a selected date range.
Have any other questions for our team? If any of your questions were left unanswered, we'd love to hear them! Pop over to our QuickBooks Community's discussion on sales receipts where you can ask your questions, have them answered by qualified QuickBooks Online experts, and hopefully help others with the same questions out in the process. |
