Request a refund for your QuickBooks product

Find out how to request a refund for a QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant subscription and track the refund status. 

You may be eligible for a refund if you believe charges on your bill are incorrect. For more information please refer to our Terms of Service.

To request a refund for your QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Accountant subscription please complete the following form. 

Note: All Australian subscribers should select Intuit to answer the question “Where did you purchase your product?” For further assistance completing this form please refer to the information below. 

QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Self-Employed users should contact our support team for assistance in requesting a refund.

  1. Select the product you are requesting a refund for
  2. Enter your invoice number in the Order field (you can find your invoice number on the subscription invoice emailed to you) 
  3. Enter the email associated with this account
  4. Select Find my order details
  5. Review your order details and charges
  6. Select item(s) to be refunded
  7. Select the reason for refund(s)
  8. Provide any additional information to support the reason for requesting your refund
  9. Fill in your Contact details and Mailing address
  10. Select Submit

Your request will be assessed by our support team and you will be notified of any updates via email.

  2. Enter the invoice number in the Order field (you can find your invoice number on the subscription invoice emailed to you) 
  3. Enter the email associated with this account
  4. Select Find my order details
  5. Review your order details and charges
  6. Select item(s) to be refunded
  7. Select the reason for refund(s)
  8. Provide the Company ID of the associated client’s account in the additional information field
  9. Fill in your Contact details and Mailing address
  10. Select Submit

Your request will be assessed by our support team and you will be notified of any updates via email.

Once your refund request has been received you can expect a confirmation email including a case number as well as updates on the status of your request from the QuickBooks team member reviewing your request. However, you can also track the status of your request at any time.

  2. Select the product you have requested a refund for
  3. Enter your case number
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Select Track request
