Sign in to QuickBooks to chat with a support expert, schedule a callback from us, or get our support number.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
4. Select Continue.
5. Select your preferred way to connect.
   • Ask the community of QuickBooks users and businesses.
   • Chat with us 8 AM to 10 PM AEDT (Mon-Fri) and 8 AM to 8 PM AEDT (Sat-Sun).
   • Call us on the phone number listed 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT Mon-Fri.

If you choose to call and speak with an expert, we’re available M-F, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM AEDT.
