Notes:
- You must be an account administrator to manage these settings. If not, you can manage your own settings. Learn how to Change QuickBooks Time clock-in and clock-out reminders.
- For team members to receive text reminders, the account administrator must install the text messaging add-on. Learn how to Install and uninstall add-ons for QuickBooks Time.
- If notifications are set to send via both SMS and push, only a push notification will be sent to the team members' mobile devices.
- If both SMS and push notifications are set by a team member, they will receive both types.
To set reminder times, days, and methods:
For all team members
- Go to Company Settings.
- Select Notifications, make your choices, and select Save.
For individual team members
- Go to My Team.
- Select a team member.
- In the Team Member Details window, select Notifications.
- Make your choices, and select Save.
