first thing do you have authorization for the client? probably. second call the help line at 1-800-452-9970 or go to help, then message. i use the message it seems a lot faster. hope this helps. good luck.
You could try proreg to resolve this issue. A repair maybe necessary if proreg does not resolve the issue.
