Earlier today (Feb 24/2021) I'm was unable to import some clients data (single, separated or divorced) using AFR. Received the following error message, "Hang tight while we import your date into Profile. Your session with the CRA online services did not initiate or timed out. Please close this window and try again." Any ideas out there?

Check your ProFile version by clicking About in the Help menu. ProFile version 2020.3.0 should not have that issue. If the ProFile is up to date the issue may be internet options, firewall or antivirus. This article has information for these issues.
