Trying the AFT from Profile, I keep getting the message:
Bad request: your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of request header field exceeds server limit.

The AFR service is working properly so the issue must be related to the transmission. Make sure you are on the current version of ProFile which is 2020.4.0 currently: in ProFile check version by selecting help and then About. Then you could try internet option settings as detailed in this article. Changing default internet browser may also help. If you need assistance call us at 1-800-452-9970 for an agent to assist.
