unacceptable!!! software is not registered with CRA and we can not send T1013. there is no support center with this app. it is the last year I am purchasing this software.
The problem is with the CRA, not Profile.
Has this issue resolved?
It seems still not working for me, but tax season will start soon.

The authorization request must be sent from the latest module as required by CRA. For ProFile 2020.3.0 the authorization must be sent from the 2020 T1 module. The T1013 is available in earlier modules but is now obsolete.
