On a brand new computer with a fresh install if Windows 11 Pro we cannot EFile as ProFile seems to become unresponsive when Efiling, we need to close the application with task manager. Every possible troubleshooting steps have been taken by Intuit and a qualified Tech, uninstalling the application / reinstaling under another user, sfc /scannow, DISM, CheckDisk, .Net Repair, Firewall & Anti-Virus Disabled, Re-Registration of DLL, etc..
I was advised by my customer yeserday, we spent 2 hours together troubleshooting, i believ he called Intui prior and spent about same amount of time with one of the techs..
