T1 return not accepted

I updated profile to the lastest version, now when I try to efile a return I am getting the following message:

 

"The Canada Revenue Agency is experiencing technical difficulties and is unable to process this return at this time. Please try again later or check the News page on the Efile website for further details. The Web service may be closed for a scheduled maintenance."

 

I called CRA and they are not having any issues on their end. 

Can someone please help with this issue Please!!!

Thank you for using the Intuit ProFile Community

The fail to initiate usually results from internet options, firewall issues or antivirus. Failure to initiate does mean the return was not sent to CRA. Here is a great link for resolving the internet option issues:
