Dear PROFILE Team,
After continuous and relentless efforts, including the purchase of three brand new computers and numerous system re-installations, I have finally identified the root cause. It appears that there is a conflict between the PROFILE program and the "2023-06 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5027119)". If we do not remove this update, the PROFILE software will not be able to launch.
I kindly request the PROFILE Team to address this conflict promptly. If left unresolved, users will be unable to enable the automatic update feature within the Windows system.
