My company has brought a brand-new computer. It is windows 10 pro preinstalled. We updated to windows 11 pro 22h2 and profile cannot launch. Then, we go back to windows 10 pro, Profile was working perfectly until updating to windows 10 pro 22h2.
As I am using Profile at home, it can run on Windows 11 and 10 home 22h2 of my computers.
So the result is now:
Profile cannot launch on windows 10&11 pro 22h2.
Profile can launch on windows 10 pro before 22h2 update.
It seems the problem is in the Windows PRO edition and 22h2 update.
Follow up:
Today, I refund the computer with windows 11 pro and change another brand new computer which is windows 11 home. We update the System to the lastest version (22h2). The problem still exist.
So:
After I test with 3 brand new computer, the result is (all computer is updated to the lastest version):
Profile cannot launch on windows 10&11 pro 22h2.
Profile can launch on windows 10 pro before 22h2 update.
Profile cannot launch on Windows 11 home 22h2.
P.S.
I found the customer service, and she cannot solve this issue.

[Solved]
I found the reason.
Now I can use the Profile.
uninstall the .net framework completely, but DO NOT re-install, just delete it. The update version number is KBxxxxxx7119, just delete this one.
