How to get an account manager for your QBOA firm or practice

Having an Intuit account manager can be a strategic relationship to foster growth for your QBOA firm or practice.

If an account manager has already been assigned to your firm, you can view their contact info in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

  1. Go to the ProAdvisor tab in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
  2. Select the dropdown menu next to YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER.

Here you can see your Intuit Account Manager's contact information.

If you do not have an account manager already assigned, you will see our account management team's phone number to inquire about having an Intuit account manager assigned to your Firm.
