Learn how to make updates to your Intuit user account.

You can create an Intuit user account to manage settings for all of your QuickBooks Online, TurboTax, and Mint products.

If you need to update your profile, security settings, or third-party apps, you can do it right from your Intuit user account. You can also download all of your data when you need to. Here's how.

View or update your info

  1. Go to Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Sign in with your QuickBooks credentials.
  3. Select Sign in & security, Personal info, Data privacy, or Products & billing to review the settings.
  4. Select a field and follow the steps to make any updates.

Note: You can also access the Intuit Account Manager from QuickBooks Online by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the profile icon and select Manage you Intuit Account.

Review recent activity

  1. Go to Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Sign in with your QuickBooks credentials.
  3. Select Sign in & security.
  4. Select Account activity.

Here you can see recent sign-ins and their location. This helps you to detect suspicious activity on your account.

See all your products

  1. Go to Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Sign in with your QuickBooks credentials.
  3. Select Products & billing.

Here, you can manage your product details like payment information and subscription settings.

Download your data

  1. Go to Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Sign in with your QuickBooks credentials.
  3. Select Data privacy.
  4. Select Access.
  5. Follow the steps to download your data.
