How to refresh data in Spreadsheet Sync in QuickBooks Online Advanced or Accountant

You can sync data between Spreadsheet Sync and QuickBooks Online Advanced or Accountant at any time by selecting Refresh in the Spreadsheet Sync tab.



Refresh options in Spreadsheet Sync

  1. In the Spreadsheet Sync tab, select Refresh.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select how to refresh an open spreadsheet.
    1. Quick refresh (current sheet) refreshes the open spreadsheet according to previously set data filters.
    2. Advanced refresh updates the open spreadsheet using the filters you select. Select Update report.
    3. Automatic Refresh updates a workbook or individual sheets every time you open the workbook or log in to Spreadsheet Sync. Select Save.
