Managing your QuickBooks Online Accountant marketing email subscriptions

You can manage which emails you receive from the QuickBooks marketing team to best customize your experience with QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Note: Unsubscribing from one or more email options will also exempt you from receiving QuickBooks Time sales calls.

1. Open your QuickBooks Online Accountant file.

2. Select the Intuit Account icon in the top right corner; this is a blue circle with the initial of your first name (for example, "J"):

Alternatively, you can access your Intuit Account from here.

3. Select Preferences from the left-side navigation menu.

4. Confirm that the email address listed is correct. If you need to edit it, you can do so from the Sign in & Security tab.

5. Select the product to customize email communications for (for example, ProSeries):

6. Select or unselect the boxes to customize what emails you’d like to receive or choose to unsubscribe from all QuickBooks marketing communications.

7. Select Save.

This email management feature allows us to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
