QuickBooks Online customers using the Karbon app are experiencing contact duplication

This issue applies to customers using QuickBooks Online with the third-party app Karbon.
Customers with multiple QuickBooks Online products on the same file are experiencing the Karbon app duplicating contacts in QuickBooks Online.
To resolve this issue, go into QuickBooks Online and delete the duplicate contacts.
To prevent this issue from reoccurring, try using Karbon directly in QuickBooks Online rather than independently from outside QuickBooks Online.
