Use the Zoom dropdown menu
- Open QuickBooks and go to Reports.
- Select the report you want to view.
- Select Zoom to see the different zoom levels you can choose (75%, 90%, 100%, 125%, 150%, 175%, 200%, and 225%).
- Select the zoom level you want.
- The report will immediately adjust to the selected zoom level.
Use keyboard shortcuts
You can also use keyboard shortcuts to zoom in and out of reports.
