Add a customer’s shipping address to invoices in QuickBooks Online

Learn how to add a customer's shipping address to invoices in QuickBooks Online.
If you’ve saved separate shipping and billing addresses for a customer in QuickBooks Online, you can show them both on an invoice.
Prerequisites
Customers need a separate shipping address saved before you can add it to invoices.
- Go to All apps
, select Customer Hub, then select Customers (Take me there). - Select the customer you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Under Shipping address, uncheck Same as billing address and enter a unique address.
- Select Save.
Add the shipping address to invoices
| Your estimates or invoices will look different depending on whether you have the old or new estimate and invoice experience. |
- Select + New or + Create.
- Select Invoice.
- Select Add customer ▼ dropdown, then select a customer from the ▼ dropdown.
- Create the rest of the invoice as you normally would.
- Select ⚙ Manage (if not already open), then select the Customization ▼ dropdown.
- Turn on the Ship to switch. A preview of the Ship to address displays on the invoice.
- When you’re done with your invoice, select Save and close.
