- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help at the top near the right side.
- In the QuickBooks Assistant, enter your topic.
- Select Contact us.
- Select Callback and click the Have us call you button.
- Fill the contact form. Someone will call you in the timeframe stated on the contact form. Callbacks are available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET.
