Close a QuickBooks Merchant Services account

While we'd be sorry to see you go, we want to make cancelling your QuickBooks Merchant Services subscription simple as possible. Please reach out to customer support so we can assist you further. Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help at the top near the right side.
3. In the QuickBooks Assistant, enter your topic.
4. Select Contact us.
5. Select Callback and click the Have us call you button.
6. Fill the contact form. Someone will call you in the timeframe stated on the contact form. Callbacks are available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET.
