Learn how to solve common errors in QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.
If you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android. There's a chance you'll encounter errors when signing in, after upgrading, and after Google Play charges your credit card. In this article, we'll tell you what to do when seeing them.
Fix sign in issues
- Account not entitled: Your QuickBooks Online account subscription might be inactive. Be sure your subscription is active and try to sign in again.
- Cannot login with valid profile: You might not be connected to the Network or Wi-Fi. Make sure you're in a Network / Wi-Fi coverage area and try again.
Fix upgrade errors
- Linked program no longer installed after update: Restart your device and try again.
- Sorry, there was a problem saving your data: Uninstall the QuickBooks application. Then reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
Fix other app related issues
Here are some quick steps to fix most app-related issues:
- Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
- Close and restart the app.
- Clear app data. To do this:
- Open your device Settings.
- select Apps (varies by device).
- Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
- Select clear data.
- Power down and restart your device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Fix a Google Play charge error
- Error: Google Play charged your credit card: Don't worry. Nothing is wrong with your credit card or subscription. Your purchase was successful and you can still use QuickBooks Online for Android. We'll continue to update your subscription status. You can check your status from Settings, then Subscription. Once your subscription successfully updates, you'll see your next renewal date.
