Cancel a customer’s bank payment in QuickBooks Online Payments

If you need to cancel a customer’s recent bank payment, immediately contact our support team for assistance.
While we will make our best effort to process the cancellation, we cannot guarantee it can be done.
Note: Payments made during the following times cannot be cancelled:
• Weekends
• Statutory holidays
• Any day between 4:45 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. ET
If the payment is cancelled, you will be charged a service fee of $5.00. The service fee will be debited from your bank account on the fifth day of the following month.
