Why am I unable to print with a PDF service other than Adobe?
by Intuit• Updated 5 months ago
At this time, Windows users are only able to print with Adobe Reader or Acrobat Professional (unless you use Chrome). Using another type of PDF reader (such as Foxit) won't allow you to print in QuickBooks Online. We recommend you install the latest version of Adobe Reader.
When you use Google Chrome, you'll be provided with Chrome's own PDF reader which works with QuickBooks Online.
To get a version of Adobe, see Updating, repairing or reinstalling Adobe Reader.
For customers using MAC/Safari, please see Troubleshooting printing in Safari for Mac.
