Create an average days to pay report in QuickBooks Online
by Intuit• Updated 2 months ago
QuickBooks Online doesn't have a report on how long customers usually take to pay invoices. However, there are other ways to get this info to help them plan when to pay their bills. Here’s how.
At this time, QuickBooks Online doesn't have an average days to pay report to help you determine how long your customers normally take to pay their invoices.
Option 1: Export reports to Excel
Send reports to Excel and use it to create the ones you need.
Note: Intuit doesn't provide support in creating formulas in Excel. You can only export a report to Excel one at a time.
- Go to Reports (Take me there).
- Select a report similar to the one you want to create and customize it as needed.
- Select Export/Print and select Export to Excel.
Option 2: Use third-party apps
You can look in the QuickBooks App store for a reporting app to make this report.
Note: Some apps may charge separately.
Now you're able to create an average days to pay report.
