Import your contact list into the app (iOS only)

Learn how to import contacts from an iPhone or iPad into the QuickBooks mobile app.

There's no need to add customers manually into the QuickBooks mobile app if they're already in your device’s contact list. In this article, we'll show you how to easily import them into the app.

To import customers to the QuickBooks mobile app from your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

1. From the Menu ☰, tap Customer Hub, then tap Customers.
2. Tap the more icon ⋮, then tap Import Customers.
3. Select who you want to add from your contacts. You'll see a checkmark next to each person or company you select.
4. Tap Add.
5. Tap OK when you see the Import Complete message.
