Change an employee's direct deposit info

Learn how to update the direct deposit bank account for one of your employees.

Once you've set up direct deposit for an employee, you might need to update their bank account if something changes. Here's what to do for each version of payroll we offer.

  1. Employees or Payroll menu, then select Employees.
  2. Select the name of the employee, then select Edit ✎ beside How do you want to pay [employee]?
  3. Enter the new bank account information.
  4. Select Done.
