Hi. I had a client who received the ACWB on slip RC210. In 2024 the client had too much income to qualify for the CWB credit so then the calculation on Schedule 6 does not include the ACWB into income. Does anybody know why this is because it's an advancement so it still should get clawed back. Is there some ruling that gives relief on the claw back? Thank you.
