No have not figured it out. The audit is on and I can see the double line at the bottom of the page and try to pull it up it is empty and snaps back.. The support could not figure it out. As well after the update I had to reenter my profile, name, rep ID etc. Not sure if this is related.
always something seems like this year. don't know why? hope things are better next year. never had trouble like this year.
