Blank line on client letter

I have a bunch of blank lines on my client letter and joint client letter. How do I remove them. I have gone through but I cannot locate where they are coming from..any guidance would be amazing!

You can right-click on the client letter and manually delete the blank lines.

This problem has been there since last two years and it is a pain to remove the blank lines in each client letter.

No one at Profile seem to care.

Now there is a new problem, only half of the letter prints on one page and the other half on the second page.

I called profile help and it is a code issue. They walked me through it and was super helpful. You are right it started last year. I highly recommend you give their help desk a call. No wait time and great help.
